At DI, our Fabricators create insulation specifically ordered for any unique situation. As a Fabricator, you will operate a band saw, and other types of saws, to custom fabricate fiberglass, mineral wool, perlite, and many other types of specialized insulation. This unique offering sets DI apart from our competitors.

Do you have what it takes?

• Safely and efficiently operate band saws and other equipment
• Accurately measure material for efficiency
• Maintain quality and housekeeping
• Comply with all safety requirements
• Perform other fabrication duties as assigned by supervisor

What qualifications do you need?

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of one-year related experience and/or training in a manufacturing or fabrication environment
• Experience using band saw and capable of learning to use other types of saws
• Able to be medically certified to wear respirator
• Basic computer skills preferred
• Frequent bending, stooping, pushing, pulling and lifting up 50 lbs
