Are you a dynamic problem-solver with a passion for logistics? Double F Logistics is seeking a dedicated Dispatcher/Logistics Lead to join our team in Baton Rouge. This role is vital in ensuring efficient operations, serving as a key liaison between our customers and CDL drivers.

What You'll Do:

• Dispatch loads and direct day-to-day operations, serving as a backup to the Logistics Manager.
• Communicate daily with drivers and customers to ensure smooth operations.
• Solve problems and organize activities to achieve safe, cost-effective, and on-time performance.
• Influence employee morale and ensure high-quality customer service.
• Inspect trucks and trailers to meet safety and operational standards.

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of transportation work experience.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations.
• Knowledge of OTR Transportation rules and regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong computer skills (Google Suites, MS Office); experience with dispatch software is a plus.
• Availability to work on-site Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Saturday (8 am–5 pm) and on-call every other week.
