The Program Director is responsible for the overall management of Timothy Hill's LA location and its programming. Key areas of this position included, but are not limited to, oversight of program staff, assistance in program development and supervision of placement activities and case management.Job Description Duties and Responsibilities:Provide leadership and carry supervisory authority in relation to all departments of the siteDelegate appropriate responsibilities to other staffSupervise the performance of all involved in service delivery/direct care to residentsAssist in recruiting qualified staff and employing, supervising, evaluating, training, and terminating employment; Supervise volunteers and university interns as neededPlan/conduct site-specific new employee orientationSupervise Site management including building, maintenance, and purchasing/ financesServe as Point of contact for state agencies and fulfill any reporting requirements neededMaintain compliance with licensure standards and contract requirements/goals; Address any areas of non-compliance in a timely mannerMaintain and review all files to keep up to licensing standardsProvide consultation to the governing body: interpret to them the needs of residents, recommend policy revisions, and assist in periodic evaluation of services; participate with the governing body in interpreting the facility's need for financial supportRepresent Timothy Hill in the community and network with other agenciesEnforce campus rules and regulations as establishedProvide support to team/staff as neededAttend team/staff meetings and carry out decisions of these meetingsDevelop goals and treatment plans for new residents with the teamHandle routine intake and discharge of residents in accordance with established procedureServe as an advocate for residents in all mattersHandle contact with parent/managing conservator and state agenciesIf licensed to counsel: counsel with youth and maintain records of counseling and a log of significant happeningsAttend/manage weekly Board of Review meetingsEstablish effective communication between staff and residents; provide for their input in program planningReport injuries, deaths, and critical incidents involving residents to the appropriate authoritiesAny other reasonable duties assigned by the COO or Executive DirectorHow To Apply Please contact Karleigh Wagner at ...@timothyhill.org – or 601.###.####.#J-18808-Ljbffr
