Job Details

Run and review ERP exception reports and action as required. Process sales orders, order needed parts and create work orders for plant production. Conduct daily cycle counts, and investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies to ensure ongoing inventory accuracy. Monitor daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports on material availability to ensure system accuracy and integrity. Communicate status and issues with operations, the buyer, shipping/receiving, engineering, and customer support. Resolve problems with the right level of initiative, collaboration, and perseverance to satisfy requests while following procedures. Assist in identifying alternative options for supplying unavailable products and services from the Flowserve network and supply chain. Provide frontline response to application engineers located at our customers sites, for emergency and standard procurement of parts.
