Payroll Processing: This will have been satisfactorily performed when Payroll is processed on a biweekly basis with accuracy, as evidenced by the reports output during the process. Manual Closes are performed on a timely basis to ensure the proper posting of payroll & financial data as evidenced by reports generated by these Closes. Effectively communicates with HR & Accounting to resolve issues identified during or caused by the payroll, as evidenced by reports generated. Payroll adjustments submitted by the managers are reviewed and processed by Monday of payroll week. Reporting: This will have been satisfactorily performed when Bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly payroll taxes and reports (state and federal) are prepared and calculated and submitted for payment at least one week in advance of payment due date. Scheduled Payroll Reports as required by Accounting for monitoring expenses & accruals ar run by the 3rd day of following month.
