Minimum Qualifications:
Required Education:The Faculty Learning and Development Program Director oversees the strategic planning, implementation, and evaluation of professional development programs for faculty. This role focuses on enhancing teaching effectiveness, supporting digital and in-person instructional strategies, and fostering continuous professional growth. The Program Director collaborates with academic leadership to identify development needs, designs and delivers workshops and training, and ensures alignment with institutional goals. They play a pivotal role in promoting innovative practices, integrating technology into teaching, and cultivating a culture of academic excellence. This position works in collaboration with Digital Learning and Academic Support staff and College faculty and staff.
