Job Description

The System Integrator Partner Manager is responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to grow Rockwell Automation's market share via System Integrators (SIs) within an assigned territory. The role involves maintaining and expanding existing business at SI accounts, promoting RA's strategic offerings, and managing the SI Partner Program to meet sales goals. The manager will establish and nurture relationships with SI accounts, coordinate with the broader team and distributors, and ensure effective resource utilization.

Your Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute the localized SI Partner Program strategy to achieve sales targets.
  2. Administer the SI Partner Program fairly, aligning with broader company interests.
  3. Formulate business development strategies for all SIs in the territory.
  4. Focus on top SI accounts, coordinating with distributors to support all SIs.
  5. Analyze SI business needs and develop growth strategies.
  6. Create account deployment strategies with distributors to ensure coverage and resource alignment.
  7. Maintain regular in-person relationships with key SI accounts to develop success plans.
  8. Build relationships at all levels within SIs to understand their objectives and identify growth opportunities.
  9. Collaborate with SI Managers in other territories as needed.
  10. Advocate for SIs by fostering relationships and identifying growth opportunities.
  11. Participate in win strategies with account managers to deliver solutions effectively.
  12. Maintain accurate opportunity tracking in CRM, including opportunity value, portfolio, and timelines.
  13. Enhance SI Partner competency through training and engagement initiatives.
  14. Engage in best practice discussions with peer managers.
  15. Ensure compliance with company policies, laws, and regulations, including standards of conduct and information security.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Legal authorization to work in the US; no visa sponsorship available.
  • Ability to travel locally over 50% of the time.
  • A valid driver's license.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

  • Bachelor's in Engineering or Business; additional degrees preferred.
  • 5+ years in technical sales, distribution, systems integration, or engineering; or completion of RA Sales Training Program.
  • Experience with all levels of industrial automation clients, including VPs and plant engineers.
