Our typical schedules are structured around 4-hour blocks, offering flexible shift options including 4-hour, 8-hour, or 12-hour shifts. We serve clients in various areas including Baton Rouge, Denham Springs, Gonzales, Central, Prairieville, Walker, New Roads, Donaldsonville, Zachary, Baker, St. Francisville, and surrounding communities.

Do You Qualify?

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25lbs.
• A valid driver's license and car insurance are required.
• Success in passing a comprehensive background check and drug test.
• Willingness to work at least 12 hours per week or a minimum of 8 hours on weekends.

What Does a Care Assistant Do?

• Provide companionship and engage in conversation.
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Offer incidental transportation to appointments and activities.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Help with grooming, bathing, dressing, and incontinence care.
• Deliver care for clients with Alzheimer's or dementia.
