In early project stages, the PPA supports phase activities such as development and implementation of internal project materials management and contracting / subcontracting strategies. As the project nears execution phase, the PPA will shift to oversight of purchasing / subcontracting execution by the EPC contractor and/or in-house procurement group, ensuring effective progression of the endorsed project purchasing and materials management strategies.
