...Are you an experienced Electrical Engineer with a passion for reliability, operational excellence, and driving world-class LNG performance? We're seeking a Senior Staff Engineer, Electrical to be a key player for a Plaquemines Parish Facility Team in Louisiana.

In this high-impact role, you will:

1. Lead Ready-for-Operations (RFO) activities, ensuring a seamless transition from EPC to operations.
2. Provide expert support on motors, transformers, switchgear, and electrical systems.
3. Spearhead Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) and Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) strategies.
4. Act as a technical authority, guiding Maintenance & Operations teams in optimizing plant reliability.
5. Play a crucial role in turnaround planning, power system analysis, and workflow optimization.

What Were Looking For

• 10-15+ years of senior-level Electrical Engineering experience in Oil & Gas (LNG preferred).
• Deep expertise in power systems, motors, gas turbines, and compressors.
• Proficiency in CMMS systems, RCFA tools, and reliability engineering practices.
• A Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering (Professional Engineering License preferred).
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a passion for operational excellence.
