Job Details

The Security Officer (non-armed) will conduct a variety of hospital security functions including security dispatch communications, security camera operations, visitor control technological programs and applications interface, fire protection program operations, and baby security programs monitoring. This position will involve technical level on-site training in support of security positions requirements. Security Officers will be expected to learn and function at a variety of stationary security positions internal to the main hospital and the adjoining Physician's Office Building. Fulfills all additional tasks required as directed by the Security Manager, Lead Security Response Officer, and Director of Emergency Management. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Valid LA license and excellent driving record. Five years of experience in military, law enforcement, or security is preferred.
