• Salary: $14.50 per hour
• Shift: Graveyard

Job Purpose: To ensure all revenue is posted correctly and to balance revenue departments daily, completing necessary reports.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily audit procedures as per hotel and company standards.
• Verify wake-up call requests and handle them properly.
• Balance cash receipts, perform audits, and make deposits.
• Prepare the front office for the A shift and reset the days business.
• Act as Guest Service representative and manager on duty during night hours.
• Operate PBX during audit shift.
• Attend and participate in front office meetings and training.
• Greet guests warmly and professionally.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills:

• Mathematical skills for financial tasks.
• Computer proficiency.
• Clear communication skills.

Discretion & Judgment:

• Act as guest service manager during night hours.
• Handle cash balancing and deposits.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to speak and hear in English.
• Vision and mobility requirements.
• Lift up to 25 lbs.
• Work overtime or irregular hours as needed.

Working Conditions:

• Work in normal office conditions with others nearby.

Qualifications:

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous guest service or front desk experience preferred.
• No certifications required.
