This position ensures that all fasteners are installed according to specifications, safety standards, and production requirements. Pay Rate $15.00 per hour Schedule and Hours Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm. Fastener Duties and Responsibilities Select and prepare appropriate fasteners, bolts, screws, rivets, or other hardware for assigned tasks. Operate hand tools, power tools, and fastening equipment safely and efficiently. Align and position parts or components to be fastened according to blueprints, diagrams, or work orders. Inspect completed assemblies to verify correct installation and secure fit. Identify and replace defective or worn fasteners as needed.
