The Supply Chain Co-Op will gain hands-on experience supporting all aspects of Community Coffee's Supply Chain, including planning, procurement, logistics, and operations. This role provides a unique opportunity to apply academic knowledge to real-world business challenges within a dynamic consumer packaged goods (CPG) environment.

The Co-Op will partner with supply chain professionals and cross-functional teams to analyze data, identify process improvements, and contribute to projects that enhance efficiency, service, and overall performance across the end-to-end supply chain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support demand, supply, and production planning activities, including data collection, forecasting, and schedule management.
  • Assist with procurement operations such as supplier communications, purchase order tracking, and sourcing analysis.
  • Partner with logistics to monitor inbound and outbound shipments, identify potential service delays, and support inventory management accuracy.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives across planning, warehousing, and manufacturing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Sales, Finance, Operations, and Quality) to support initiatives that drive service, cost, and efficiency improvements.
  • Compile and analyze data to create dashboards, reports, and presentations for supply chain leadership.
  • Contribute to sustainability and waste-reduction efforts within the supply chain network.
  • May be asked to perform additional duties as necessary
Position Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management at Southeastern Louisiana University.
  • Must be enrolled in an accredited co-op program and eligible to work full-time during the Spring 2026 semester.
  • Completion of sophomore year or higher preferred.
  • Prior internship, co-op, or related experience in supply chain or manufacturing environment a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data-driven tools; familiarity with ERP or planning systems preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Eagerness to learn, contribute, and grow within a leading CPG organization.
  • Internal Only: Experience with Community Coffee, even if unrelated, may fulfill this requirement at the discretion of the hiring manager with approval from Human Resources
