C-Store Maintenance

The C-Store maintenance plays a pivotal role in supporting the store's success and profitability. They are essential in creating lasting impressions on customers daily. Responsibilities include general maintenance and repair of fuel dispenser, general maintenance of facility, lawn maintenance, cleaning, and other related tasks as needed to assist the management team.

Key responsibilities include:

• General maintenance and repair of fuel dispensers including changing nozzles, hoses, filters, and replacing credit card receipt paper.
• Change oil in air compressors and complete daily check list.
• Change oil, water fuel and batteries on generator
• Maintain proper working order of faucets and drains
• Repair toilets, change internal components, flush handles, seats, and other components
• Replace ceiling tiles
• Replace light bulbs
• Change A/C filters and flush drip pan lines
• Painting and pressure washing of exterior buildings.
• Maintain a clean and tidy store environment, following uniform and appearance guidelines.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and uphold quality standards.
• Stay adaptable to varying duties and schedules to meet store operational needs.
• Uphold and represent the company's core values consistently.

Qualifications:

Minimum age requirement: 21 years.

Ability to multitask, stand for extended periods, lift up-to 50 pounds, and perform physical tasks.

Basic language and mathematical skills.

Read and understand simple instructions, memos, and correspondence.

Availability to work flexible hours including weekends, nights, and holidays.

Punctuality and reliability in attendance.

Required certifications and licenses:

Valid state identification card or driver's license
