Position: Intake Specialist

Location: Baton Rouge, LA (Onsite)

Pay: 45-50k

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Intake Specialist to join a small, collaborative legal office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career or with a few years of experience in a legal, administrative, or client-facing role. Training is provided, and we welcome candidates eager to grow in a professional services environment.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls and client inquiries
• Communicate with potential clients, gathering and documenting key information
• Route calls and messages appropriately and efficiently
• Greet clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience
• Provide general administrative and receptionist support
• Maintain organized records and assist with intake-related documentation
• Support office operations, including scheduling and supply management

What We're Looking For

• 2–3 years of experience in a legal, administrative, receptionist, or client-facing role (preferred)
• Strong communication skills with a warm, professional demeanor
• High level of dependability, integrity, and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Experience with case management systems is a plus, not required
• Spanish-speaking ability is preferred but not required
