Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Pediatric Dentist to join our busy dental clinic in Baton Rouge, LA. This role offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, a supportive team environment, and the opportunity to provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages.

Key Details

• Patient Ages: 100% Pediatric
• Patient Volume: Average of 25-35 patients per day (operative 10-13, & hygiene 24).
• Types of Cases: hygiene checks, crowns, some extractions, composites, restorative
• Procedures: Mix of hygiene checks, crowns, some extractions, composites, restorative
• Support Staff: 2 general dentists, 2 assistants per dentist, 5 op assistants, 3 for OCS
• EMR System: Dentrix

• Salary Range: TBD
• Credentialing Timeframe: 30-90 days

Candidate Requirements

• Active Louisiana Dental License
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience
• Strong clinical skills in restorative, preventive, and exam services
• Commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork
