Elior North America - - Responsibilities: Prepare and execute high-volume breakfast production for retail, patient, and catering needs; Produce breakfast items including (but not limited to) eggs, breakfast meats, griddle items, hot cereals, and batch-cooked sides; Follow standardized recipes, production sheets, and portion control guidelines; Ensure food quality, temperature control, and presentation standards are met; Collaborate with culinary leadership and production team to meet daily volume demands
