Job Summary The Entity Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative, financial coordination, compliance tracking, and recordkeeping functions for a portfolio of small, affiliated companies. This role will serve as the primary point of accountability for maintaining organized and current records, supporting accounts payable and banking activities, coordinating filings and legal documentation, and ensuring all assigned entities remain in good standing and properly managed. This is a full-time position that will office in Baton Rouge, LA.
