As the Director of Business Development for Environmental Solutions, you will be the primary driver of Jacobs' growth strategy across Houston and the Gulf Coast region. You will lead client engagement, shape long-term account strategies, and ensure Jacobs is consistently in front of the right opportunities at the right time. By understanding client prioritiesfrom capital planning to operational risk reductionyou will influence decision-makers and create pathways for Jacobs to deliver high-value solutions.

The base salary range for this position is $205,600.00 to $300,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
