Manages the incoming call volume from referring physicians and practices or external referral volume from physicians within the clinic. Schedules appointments and procedures as requested, while partnering with internal departments and leaders to establish new patients. Develops tools to track and measure success. Works collaboratively with physicians, clinical care team, the Physician Liaison Representatives, Regional Referral Center, and the organization's On. Call service. Represents the organization as a subject matter expert to meet the needs of the referring physicians and practices. Other related duties as required.
