Solutions ArchitectRemote - USAThe Solutions Architect (SA) is a strategic partner to the Sales team, responsible for uncovering complex supply chain inefficiencies and designing tailored integration solutions. You will lead the technical discovery, build high-impact Proof of Concepts (POCs), and serve as the subject matter expert on how our platform integrates customer ecosystems and orchestrates B2B processes to drive resilience and scalability.What You Will Be DoingFunction as the technical lead and trusted advisor through the sales cycleConduct discovery sessions directly with prospective and existing customers to gather business and technology requirementsTranslate technical architecture into business outcomes for C-suite stakeholders (CTO, COO, VP of Supply Chain)Demonstrate the value of Cleo solutions through presentations and demonstrations on-site and remoteCollaborate with Product Management to provide 'voice of the customer' feedback, influencing the product roadmap based on market trends and prospect requirementsAssess, scope, and complete proofs of concept (POCs) to demonstrate the value of Cleo's solutions in a customer environmentLead the technical response for RFI/RFPs, ensuring our unique value propositions are clearly articulated against competitor weaknessesYour QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or related, or equivalent relevant experience5+ years in pre-sales or customer-facing technical roles such as support or servicesExperience with cloud or on-premises integration softwareUnderstanding of core Supply Chain processes such as Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Load Tender-to-InvoiceKnowledge of B2B integrations, including EDI, REST/SOAP APIs, and JSON/XML data structuresA few things we have to offerCompensation: $120,000 - $140,000 + Bonus potentialGreat Healthcare + Dental + VisionFlexible PTOCulture of support, encouraging Life-Work balance401k matchFSA and HSA optionsEmployee Assistance ProgramPaid Parental LeaveRemote work environmentRepresenting a company with 4,000+ clients and a 99% retention rateAccelerated title and salary growth potentialA fun and energetic work environment that makes you excited to go to work every dayWe use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to assist in certain stages of our recruitment process, such as resume screening and candidate matching.
