Additionally, our Professional Engineering Group, Rotating Machinery Division, Renewable Energy Services, and Field Repair and local Repair Service Centers, places Shermco in a position to handle all things electrical, all done with an emphasis on safety and client service.Position Summary:The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company. This includes managing staff, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly, and identifying areas for improvement. The Operations Manager will work closely with other departments to ensure that the company is meeting its goals and objectives.This is a $7M branvh with 16 employees that performs NETA testing, repair and maintenance.ResponsibilitiesManage and supervise staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations Develop and implement operational policies and proceduresEnsure that all processes are running smoothly and efficientlyIdentify areas for improvement and implement new strategies to increase productivityMonitor and analyze key performance indicators to measure success and identify areas for improvementCollaborate with other departments to ensure that all goals are aligned and metEnsure compliance with all relevant regulations and lawsQualificationsAn education at the bachelor's level in engineering or business management is highly preferred.
