Benefits:401(k)Opportunity for advancementPaid time offTraining & developmentJob SummaryThe Clinic-Based Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) provides applied behavior analysis (ABA) services under the supervision of a BCBA in a center-based setting. The BCaBA assists in the implementation of behavior intervention plans, skill acquisition programs, data collection, and staff training to support meaningful client outcomes. This role involves direct client interaction, collaboration with clinical staff, and ongoing communication with supervising BCBAs and families.Key ResponsibilitiesImplement and assist with individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under BCBA supervisionProvide direct ABA services to clients in a clinic settingCollect, analyze, and summarize behavioral data to support treatment decisionsAssist with behavioral assessments and skill acquisition programming as directed by the supervising BCBASupport training and modeling of ABA techniques for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and behavior therapistsMonitor treatment fidelity and provide feedback to direct-care staffParticipate in parent/caregiver training sessions as assignedMaintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentationCommunicate regularly with supervising BCBA regarding client progress and concernsAdhere to BACB ethical standards, clinic policies, and funding source requirementsQualificationsCurrent BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACBBachelor's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related fieldState licensureExperience providing ABA services in a clinic or related setting preferredExperience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder and/or developmental disabilities preferredSkills & CompetenciesStrong understanding of ABA principles and data-driven decision makingEffective verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively within a clinical teamStrong organizational and time-management skillsCompassionate, ethical, and client-centered approachWork Environment & Physical RequirementsServices provided in a structured clinic-based environmentAbility to sit on the floor, engage in active play, and move throughout the clinicAbility to lift and/or assist up to 25–50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodationAbility to respond appropriately in client safety situations#J-18808-Ljbffr
