Lids - - Responsibilities: Generate sales by providing customer service and meeting company objectives; Provide consistent, documented appraisal of an associate's sales performance; Provide feedback on areas of strength and opportunity while keeping in line with Company Objectives; Adhere to current visual guidelines including proper merchandising, signage and store cleanliness; Open and close the store as required according to procedures in the Operations P&P Manual
