Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers, offering ongoing support and follow-up as needed.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based approach to guide clients through their insurance options and ensure they make informed decisions.
• Generate new leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs to recommend the best products and services for them.
• Follow up with clients regularly to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns.
