Full sales, support and operational responsibility for the entire center(s). Design, implement, and execute annual budgets and strategic plans. Develop and drive new programs, revenue streams and marketing strategies to meet and exceed sales and profitability goals. Establish an organization wide culture of accountability focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences and phenomenal business results. Provide the overall vision and strategy to the greater team and develop a high performing team of engaged, and motivated employees and a spirit of interdependent, cross functional collaboration.
