Job Details

Serve as a key member of the Geismar South Leadership Team (GSLT), identifying Environmental, Health, Safety and Security (EHS&S) priorities and ensuring the overall health of the Geismar EHS&S Management System (RC 14001). Collaborate with the corporate HSE Leadership Team and other Regional HSE Leaders to align organizational priorities. Actively support in Community Practices to drive continuous improvement in HSE. Lead multiple EHS&S functions, working closely with NOVA Chemicals leadership, employees, and contractors to achieve EHS&S excellence. Drive EHS&S initiatives through the Geismar South RC 14001 Management System, using Continuous Improvement (CI) principles. Integrate Human and Organizational Performance (HOP) practices at the Geismar Site. Represent EHS&S by engaging with internal and external stakeholders and industry organizations.
