The Dean of Students is responsible for collaborating with multiple departments to coordinate and lead activities across key student services areas, ensuring effective delivery of programs, services, and support for students. This position provides oversight for T - Ri. O programs, Title IX processes, and ADA compliance, while ensuring adherence to institutional policies, procedures, and applicable regulations. The Dean of Students manages student conduct, including disciplinary proceedings, grievances, and appeals, and promotes a fair and consistent process aligned with college standards. The position also oversees the Student Government Association and student engagement efforts, including campus events and activities that enhance the student experience.
